Tuskegee Airmen, the first Black aviators in the U.S. military, were honored at Luke Air Force Base as part of Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day in Arizona on Thursday. Lieutenant Colonel Asa Harring, one of the last surviving airmen, was at the ceremony.
